GENERAL DETAILS
The workshop is open to couples who speak English or French. Materials will be available in both languages so exercises can be completed in the language of your choice. While group teaching is in English, individual support in French is available throughout.
The format includes brief teachings, live demonstrations, short video clips, music, guided private reflection with your partner, and small-group interactions. The setting is confidential, respectful, and participation is always at your own comfort level.
