Reconnect, Restore, and Rekindle

A transformative weekend retreat to turn conflict into connection and rediscover the joy of being a team.

This workshop is for you if you…

  • Want to strengthen or renew their relationship

  • Feel stuck in recurring conflicts or distance

  • Are healing from disconnection or hurt

  • Want to learn tools to sustain love and connection for the long term

All couples are welcome, including LGBTQ+ partners.

You’ll never be asked to share personal details publicly; all work happens privately with your partner in a safe, supportive atmosphere.

GENERAL DETAILS

The workshop is open to couples who speak English or French. Materials will be available in both languages so exercises can be completed in the language of your choice. While group teaching is in English, individual support in French is available throughout.

The format includes brief teachings, live demonstrations, short video clips, music, guided private reflection with your partner, and small-group interactions. The setting is confidential, respectful, and participation is always at your own comfort level.
