What to expect:

Therapy is a journey, and finding the right guide makes all the difference. Once you complete this form, I will email you within two business days to set up a free 25-minute consultation phone or video call with you. During our chat, I’ll ask about what is bringing you to therapy and what you are looking for in a therapist; I will also share about my therapy approach and the clients I tend to work with.

BELOW ARE SOME COMMON QUESTIONS THAT YOU MIGHT WANT TO ASK DURING OUR CONSULTATION:

Length: Sessions are typically 50-90 minutes.
Frequency: To create a strong foundation that promotes lasting change, I typically recommend weekly sessions for individual therapy and bi-weekly sessions for couples therapy. Many clients begin to feel shifts within the first 1–2 months, but the process is unique to each person and evolves with time.
Options: You can choose in-person sessions in Lutry and Lausanne, online sessions from anywhere in Switzerland, or a hybrid mix of both to fit your schedule and needs.
Therapy with me is a collaborative space. I’ll encourage your feedback throughout the process to tailor our work together in a way that best supports you.
My session rate for individual therapy is 150 CHF per 60-minute session. For couples therapy, I offer 90-minute sessions at 200 CHF.
I know that investing in therapy is a big decision—both financially and emotionally. I do not accept Swiss insurance, and couples therapy is generally not covered under Swiss health insurance, even with a prescription. That said, some international providers may reimburse part of the cost, so it’s worth checking with your insurer.
Because I believe therapy should be accessible, I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots and package options to make this support more available. If affordability is a concern, feel free to bring it up during our initial call—I'm always happy to explore options together.
Sliding Scale: For individual sessions, I offer a reduced fee (as low as 100 CHF/session) on a short-term basis, depending on availability and financial need.
Therapy Packages: Bundles of prepaid sessions at a reduced rate per session—ask me more if you're interested.
“I don’t know where to start.” That’s okay! It’s my role to guide the process.
“Will therapy be hard?” Sometimes, yes. But it can also bring relief, insight, and even moments of lightness.
“How long will it take?” Everyone’s journey is different. Some people come for a few months, others longer—it’s unique for everyone.
